Do you offer Consultations? Yes of course! We offer a complimentary consultation on all first appointments.
I'm looking to make a booking for my wedding hair when should I book and do I need a trial? We recommend booking in as soon as you have locked in that special day in order to confirm our availability, we recommend always having a trail so we can work together to achieve that beautiful look that you're wanting well in advance to the big day and then you can focus on all the other exciting parts of the wedding.
Do you offer wedding hair on location? We definitely do, there's nothing more amazing than being in an extra special setting whilst creating that beautiful look for you on your special day. We do advise booking at least 6 months prior to the occasion to ensure our availability.
Can I make a group booking? Of course, please use the contact form above to let us know your desired date, amount of guests and preferred time. We have 3 beautiful booths which you can reserve to relax and enjoy a glass of sparkling whilst you all get your hair done!
Do you require deposits? Due to being a small business with limited bookings we require a deposit on all bookings which is deducted off your final bill.
I need to cancel or reschedule, will I get my deposit back ? Of course, when you reschedule your appointment your deposit is saved to your account as a credit to be used on your next visit. We require 48 hours notice for a cancellation/reschedule to receive a full refund of your deposit.
