Do you offer Consultations? Yes of course! We offer a thorough consultation during each and every appointment, if you'd like to chat more about your hair prior to your appointment please send an email to:

Whats a Zone Toner? A zone toner is when we use 2 or more toners to create your desired result, sometimes we may be deepening the root for a long lasting grow out or perhaps creating some shadowing to make your face from foils POP

Do you require deposits? Due to being a small business with limited bookings we require a $100 deposit on all first visit bookings and this is deducted from your final bill on the day.

If you've booked ahead we will reach out closer to your date, rest assured you'll receive a email informing the requested booking has been provisionally held.

I can't see any available bookings?When clicking above to make a booking, you'll be directed to our live booking app, here you can select your requested services and then our live availability will be shown with a

green light beside each date/time. Due to our P&S Intima services (see The Experience page) being extremely popular we urge to book in advance as much as possible.

Do you have a wait list? Yes we do, when using our booking app you can select a preferred date and be added to our wait list incase anything changes.

I need to cancel or reschedule, will I get my deposit back ? Of course, when you reschedule/cancel at least 72 hours prior to your appointment your deposit will be saved to your account as a credit to be used on your next visit. We require 72 hours notice for a cancellation/reschedule to receive a full refund of your deposit.

Do you offer colour services without blow-dry's? Unfortunately not, we need to dry your hair to check your colour is perfect and ensure you leave feeling fabulous of course.

Do you offer wedding hair on location? We definitely do, however, as the salon is heavily booked throughout the year we now only cover weddings in the Sydney/Central Coast regions and generally need a years notice.
