We close on ALL public holidays and at Christmas/NY for some much needed relaxation! 

We want you to enjoy life outside of work just as much as when you're in salon and our lifestyle friendly hours ensures you'll never miss

Behind the scenes P&S runs like a corporate company. What that means is we are very transparent about your targets and the commission earned. We offer monthly incentives and there is no cap on commission so your earning potential is endless!

With our 'P&S Intima' service we allow enough time for creative freedom. We believe in beautiful hair and understand we need sufficient time to create that longer lasting look and that's why our service bookings

start at 1 hour plus.

Experience a worldly approach to hairdressing with our Strength  & Flow in salon education, this program is held in salon weekly and allows a deep dive in all aspects of hair from balayage techniques to expert precision cutting and more! The only way to get this knowledge is to be part of our talented team

For us to continue our P&S journey to provide the very highest level of hair experience, we must as a team take time out to learn deeper, be it new skills, new ranges or up-skill our customer experience.
