Founder & Colour Educator
Jasmine is one of the masterminds behind Polly & Stone. With over 16 years experience in the hair industry, covering events such as London Fashion Week, Sydney Fashion Week and creating look books for major brands. She is also the proud winner of a prestigious British Hairdressing Award.
Jasmine loves making people feel wonderful and has a high level of knowledge in all aspects of hair, she especially loves major colour changes/transformations.
As the head colourist of P&S, Jasmine has shared her wealth of knowledge and colour techinques across the team ensuring an extremely high level of colour is achieved daily with every team member.
Jasmine is no longer accepting new clients due to being on maternity leave.
Jack Pollard
Founder & Cutting Educator
Jack, the founding father of Polly & Stone is our cutting specialist who has a keen eye for short ladies haircuts, bobs & men's hair.
He excelled quickly in his career back in London finalising for many awards, such as the L'Oréal Colour Trophy and the famed British Hairdressing Awards before travelling the world and settling in Sydney.
It doesn't stop there though, he is also highly trained in all colour techniques having worked with Revlon Professional Colour company for over 5 years.
As Head Cutter, Jack channels his cutting knowledge into the ever growing team at Polly and Stone with weekly one on one education to ensure the very highest level of cutting is demonstrated in salon.
Nikki
Blonde Specialist
With many years behind her in the hair industry, Nikki has a soft spot for blondes and with hair perfection as her only option you'll be sure to walk out feeling as glamorous as possible!
Her ideal salon day consists of beautiful clean highlights to a flowing low maintenance balayage.
She has also been shortlisted at the prestigious Australian Hair Fashion Awards so she's definitely one to trust with your luscious locks.
We suggest booking ahead as far as possible as she's always in demand
for her exceptional foil work.
Logan
Stylist
Some may already know this chap for his notoriously famous head massage but that's just the beginning...
Logan is currently enrolled on our P&S Strength & Flow ~ Education program which is pushing his skillset to become the next top stylist at Polly and Stone.
He's currently taking bookings for a range of services such as Full Head Tint's, Semi Permanent Tint's, Zone Toners and Long Haircut's & Blow-drys and demonstrates his skills at a remarkable level due to his strong education and being extremely meticulous.
He has a soft spot for cutting Bobs and has recently been awarded 'Young Achiever of The Year' at Rotary Cub Wahroonga.

Stuart
With many years of exceptional hair education behind him along with look book styling for brands such PE Nation, Stuart brings an exciting new flair to P&S.
He has a true passion for all things balayage/lived in and enjoys our one on one approach that allows him plenty of time
to bring to life your desired colour with low maintenance hair love.
As the newer member of Polly and Stone you may find some extremely rare Saturday and Wednesday evening appointments available.

She's eager and extremely passionate
about all things hair and PINK!
Charley known for her glowing personality along with her striking pink hair, she's excited to give you a total make over. Trained under the watchful eye of the P&S Director's she's a rising star and definitely one to watch for her exceptional versatility in hair, ensure you book ahead as her appointments
